What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS to XXL. Every product page includes a detailed size guide with exact measurements, so you can dial in your fit before you order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. From there it's in the carrier's hands.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and the express checkout options enabled at checkout, all processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders fast to get them to you quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. Email us right away at info@sempermuscles.com and we'll do what we can before it ships.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final. We produce in limited runs, and every piece is made to go to someone who's going to wear it. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you need a different size, email us at info@sempermuscles.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll exchange it when stock allows, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Any signs of wear, washing, deodorant, or stretching will void the exchange.
I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item. What now?
That's on us, and we'll make it right. Email info@sempermuscles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue store credit. No fees, and no return shipping on you. This is how we operate.
Will this design come back? Do you restock?
Our drops are produced in limited runs. When a size sells out, that's it for now. We restock select designs from time to time, but never on a set schedule and never guaranteed, so the only sure way to get the size you want is to grab it during the drop. Tap the notify button on any sold-out size and join our early access list to get first access before each new drop goes public.
How do I care for my tee?
To keep it looking its best: wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print. Treat it right and it holds up.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have my package.
Once your order ships, it's in the carrier's hands. If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
