We move with purpose. Every order is processed as quickly as possible without cutting corners.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During high-volume periods like product drops or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping rates
Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on the website when available.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery begins after your order is processed. Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, so most orders land within 4 to 10 business days total, from order to doorstep. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email. Please give the carrier a little time to update the details after the label is created.
Incorrect shipping information
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address. That said, if you catch a mistake, contact us right away at info@sempermuscles.com and we'll do everything we can to fix it before your order ships.
Lost or stolen packages
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, responsibility passes to you, and Semper Muscles isn't liable for lost or stolen items. If this happens, file a claim with the carrier and reach out to us. We'll help however we can to get it sorted.
Shipping delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. If something goes sideways, email us, and we'll always do our best to help.
